Not many horror books are published in Israel. There for I was lucky 'Am Oved' (a publishing house), asked me to illustrate the cover and map of the excellent horror book by Amir Harash: "Horror at Rishon West", for YA readers.
Prior to reading the book, one might assume it is a regular horror fiction book. But well, it is not. The book combines a verity of horror sub-genres, including: Folk Horror, Comedy Horror, Sci-Fi, Gore, Dark Fantasy and more. making it extremely difficult to grasp its true essence in one illustration.
